He shared other maintenance suggestions--I will certainly call SS Mechanical again! Very happy with the installation of my Mitsubishi heat pump. I have a low clearance in my attic to work in ( 28"), difficult environment to move around. A job that typically takes 1-1.5 days to install took 4.5 days. All the work was done in a professional manner and best of all the crew did not rush through the job. They did it right.
5 stars on the installation.
I did have South Shore back to work on a totally different issue, my existing basement furnace. The labor charge was fine, but the Markup on the parts was Higher than I thought Reasonable.
It was an old unit, the tech Bruno ended up replacing the control panel and a sensor to insure the system would work 100%.
